The location was fabulous so close to the beach, which meant that we had a simple three minute walk to the amazing oceanfront and we enjoyed swimming in the ocean each morning and each evening. That was refreshing exercise and sheer bliss! We liked the outside table where we enjoyed breakfast and some meals. The beds were very comfortable and my son was able to sleep upstairs on the pull out sofa which gave us all a good nights sleep. It was comfortable all around. We also once used the great laundry machines, which makes this place good for longer stays too. We met the house cleaning/housekeeping staff and they were super nice and helpful also.The onsite parking was ideal and important to us, and Buz the owner gave great instructions, and got back to me quickly when I had a question. We will come back. Thank you.

Pros: -This property is as pictures show it and as described, it is clean and in a great location. It was easy to walk to the beach for sunset. -We felt safe in the area. -Having our own parking was really great as well, especially in this area. Cons: -There is no air conditioning, this was really tough for us. There were fans, and we kept the windows open, though there really wasn't an ocean breeze and it didn't cool down the place enough. We were on the top floor, so that impacts the ability for the apartment to cool down. -Our kids had trouble sleeping and were up early. Our son was making normal baby noises early in the AM and someone screamed "shut your window, I can hear your baby cry." I would have given this place a 5 if they were to invest in a few a/c units to keep it cool.

Clean. Had amenities that you won't always find in hotels (defogger for mirrors, free parking, a fan!). Nice touches with the decor. Ample supplies of towels, bedding, dishes etc. Also reasonably priced.

We stayed with our three young kids. Location is impossible to beat, just a block off the boardwalk. Owner is very responsive to questions and requests. Venice is a little crunchy, but the locked courtyard made the apartment feel safe, and noise was never an issue.

Awesome property and location

The location was great. Easy walk to beach, bars and restaurants. House was clean. Buz was great. I didn’t call ahead of time which was requested at time of agreement, but Buz took care of everything quickly. Buz also fixed the internet connection when requested. I would definitely recommend this place.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to food, recreation and all amenities. Home was clean and maintained very well. Detailed instructions were provided which helped ease of access and check in. Prompt responses for questions. One car park was provided which helped a lot. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

We stayed for 2 nights.Upstairs area was small but had everything we needed.Beds were extremely comfortable. Water pressure was great and plenty of hot water. All new appliances. Close to the beach walk. Off street parking. The host was always available for inquiries. Would come back

Good location. Condo a bit tired around the edges could do with a good thorough clean. Only one fan in bedrooms and without air con the downstairs bedroom very hot. Could do with more kitchen amenities as we had a family of four and there wasn’t really enough. As stated though good location and great to have bikes available to use.

Jättebra läge nära stranden och bra möjligheter att röra sig runt. Cyklar att låna vilket var ett stort plus, även cyklar och cykelhjälmar till barnen. Plats för bilen men trångt. Rent och snyggt men t ex bara tre stolar, tre tallrikar osv även om vi var fyra personer. Lite svårt att få kontakt med hyresvärden via telefon som verkade ha mycket att göra. Åker gärna hit igen!
