"Overall the hotel was great. The staff was nice, friendly and welcoming. The room and surrounding area was well maintained and clean. My biggest frustration was how loud staff and guests were. I could hear everything in other rooms, hallways and the worst part was some type of remodel was happening directly across from my room. I had understand that things need to be fixed but a heads up would have nice. I’m on vacation and really don’t want to have that loudness impeding on my enjoyment. "

"Very clean room! Recently upgraded and it was clear the staff were all very attentive and cared. The TV had working cable too which is a plus lately! "

"Squeaky clean rooms, super comfy beds, a surprising pool oasis. I was so pleasantly surprised! And it’s in a great spot with a lot of action. I’ll be staying there again next time I visit LA. "

"All staff treated us like royalty and I was very please and satisfied with our 2 day stay. "

"Same great price for the location. Unfortunately upon checking in they informed me that the AC in my room was not working and so they put a fan in my room. The first fan didn’t work so I had them replace it and that one worked. The guy who checked me in waved the parking fee as a way to make up for the inconvenience. LA was in the middle of a heatwave and during the day the room was somewhat warm but it was fine at night and in the morning. I did have to keep the windows open which allowed for a moderate amount of noise. I’d go back but will maybe skip it for my next couple trips until I think their AC problems are fixed."

"Cute concept, it is very obvious this is a motel conversion, and while the decor was done well, the infrastructure remains the same, which lead to a tiny shower and odd configurations. The hotel scent was not pleasant, they need to rethink the fragrance. The pool is tiny and chairs are not plentiful. Location got all my stars, walkable and easily drivable to many spots. Towels were cheap, beds were very uncomfortable, TVs were not smart, for the price I was disappointed with the value. "
