First of all, don't bring a car here. They have next to no parking in the tightest car park, yet hundreds of rooms. The view isn't like you'll see in the pictures, the green is all gone, the surrounding areas that were green are brown and dead and wastelandish. only 1 member of staff was genuinely helpful and kind, an older gentleman, 5 stars to him. The rest of the team were rude and snappy and unbelievably unhelpful. They don't give you beds, but army cots. Ignore the silverfish while you stay here, the wildlife was there first... Oh and for some reason, they painted over their beautiful white building, with a greyish magnolia. Some very nice restaurants in the local town and everyone there was sweet and helpful, but you'll never meet them because you should never stay here.

Hotel has limited parking. May be risky to park outside of hotel grounds even if you are lucky to find something... Rental cars are an easy target. Busy streets and no where nice walk near the hotel. The water on the island is no good. Hotel does not provide drinking water except at dinner. You need to go and buy your own. The smell of smoke is everywhere in this hotel, Had to move rooms as it smelt so bad. Management insisted it was a non smoking room... however they provide ashtrays in the room for guests. No signs anywhere not to smoke. No areas in the outside areas for non smokers. Some people smoking in hallways. This is essentially a smoking hotel and is encouraged.. free bus to the city is fine.. but check times. Generally this whole area is not great... very heavy traffic and unless you enjoy just sitting on chair in the sun, not much to do. On a day trip up the mountain by rental car we were robbed. All our documents were taken including passports. Fortunately they took the money and threw the bag in a ditch. We had a "samsung smart tag" in the bag and after 2-3 hours found it with most of the documents left in the bag. Met someone else the same day who was also robbed - damage to their car. researching the internet getting robbed is routine on this island. Be very careful. We changed our flights to leave asap and will never be back.

Man sollte hier insgesamt keine zu hohen Erwartungen haben. Pro: Die Aussicht. Wirklich beeindruckend. Wer ein Zimmer mit Meerblick bucht, macht alles richtig. Dafür lohnt es sich definitiv. Es gab eine eigene kleine Küche, was sehr praktisch war. Der Zimmerservice war gut: täglich frische Handtücher und eine gründliche Reinigung der Zimmer. Contra: Die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig. Es war fast nie ein Parkplatz zu finden und wenn doch, waren diese sehr eng. Am besten parkt man gegenüber vom Fußballfeld. Das Hotel ist sehr alt und die Gäste sind überwiegend Rentner (was an sich nicht schlimm war). Die Zimmer waren an Wänden und Decken teilweise schmutzig. Im Bad ist unsere Toilette ausgelaufen – wir hatten zum Glück genügend Handtücher, um das Wasser regelmäßig aufzusaugen. Zudem ist das gesamte Equipment veraltet. Fazit: Für den Preis kann man wirklich nicht meckern. Für alle, die Teneriffa erkunden wollen und kaum Zeit im Hotel verbringen, ist es vollkommen ausreichend – genau wie für uns. Wir waren im Grunde nur morgens und abends zum Schlafen im Hotel. Trotzdem vergebe ich aufgrund des Frühstücks und des Gesamtzustands 3,5 von 5 Sternen für das sehr gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Nach dem zweiten Tag sind wir nicht mehr zum Frühstücksbuffet gegangen, da es uns nicht überzeugt hat. Danke trotzdem, Panoramica Garden, für eure Gastfreundschaft.

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Zimmer bekommen. Es war etwas abgewohnt und veraltet, aber sauber, großzügig und toller Aussicht. Das Personal war durchgängig nett und freundlich. Leider war das Abendessen nicht sehr fade gewürzt und oft verkocht. Auch das Frühstück war ab dem 2 Tag immer mit den gleichen Dingen bestückt und etwas mehr Abwechslung hätte gut getan. Wer Müsli mag ist etwas im Nachteil, denn mit Joghurt oder Quark hatte das Angebot nichts gemeinsam. Obst war vorhanden, aber eine kleine Nussauswahl täte gut. Was leider auch sehr störend war, sind die laute Abräumgeräusche mit den Besteckwägen. Das wird reingeworfen und macht einen richtigen Lärm im Speißesaal. Lobenswert ist der kostenfreie Ausschank von Wein und Wasserbehältern, wobei die Wasserbehälter in jeder Ecke kein schönes Bild abgeben.

Le personnel était très gentil. Le petit déjeuné était top. Ménage rapide fait dans les chambres tous les jours. En revanche, nous y sommes aller début septembre était c’était compliqué pour se garer. Autre point négatif, nous étions au douzième étage, quasi pas d’eau chaude, même tiède. Il y a même des jours où l’eau était gelé. Pas top pour prendre une douche même quand il fait chaud. Et le peu d’eau tiède, il n’y avait pas de pression.

Hotelli on siisti, mutta pinnat ovat jo kuluneet. Huoneessa oli vanhan näköiset lakanat, jotka voisivat jo olla päivityksen tarpeessa. Kuitenkin kaikki oli puhdasta. Aamiaisella oli kohtalainen valikoima erilaisia ruokia. Hotellin allas oli mukava ja jossain määrin lämmitetty. Aurinkotuoleja oli riittävästi. Lastenallasta ei ole. Parkkipaikkoja on rajallisesti, mutta löysimme paikan lähistöltä. Lähistöllä oli jonkin verran pieniä kauppoja ja ravintoloita. Joku Titsa:n bussilinja taisi myös kulkea läheltä. Kolmen tähden luokitus vastaa hyvin tämän hotellin tasoa. Viihdyimme hyvin täällä lyhyen reissumme ajan, mutta mitään erityistä ei ollut tarjolla. Hotellin ylimmistä kerroksista (4 ) on varmasti huikeat näkymät. Olimme itse 2. kerroksessa, josta näkymät olivat tylsät.

Das Hotel ist schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Ruhige Lage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick zum Meer, dafür ohne Sonnenschein. Parken direkt am Hotel schwierig, zu wenige Parkplätze. Aber es gibt auch Parkplätze auf der Straße. Frühstück und Abendessen vom Buffet. Überwiegend ältere Gäste.

Hôtel plus que correct pour petit budget dans une zone calme. Gros point négatif, beaucoup de difficulté pour garer son véhicule de location le soir. Les places du parking de l'hôtel sont en effet limitées et les places dans le quartier sont la plupart du temps occupées par les riverains et les utilisateurs du terrain de foot. L'hôtel est très mal insonorisé.. prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles. Le petit déjeuner du matin est copieux, diversifié et correct. Tout le personnel ne parle pas anglais et il est des fois difficile de communiquer. En revanche les repas du midi et du soir, bien qu'à volonté laissent à désirer. Produits bas de gamme... Points positifs, l'hôtel prévoit un bus pour aller en ville. Hôtel très propre, un service de chambre et une organisation impeccable. Hôtel globalement correct.
