"The place looks great in the photos, but the reality was disappointing. The building exterior had dirty windows and visible cracks. Inside, the room wasn’t clean, a torn pillow and long hairs in the carpet. Spa area: mold in the pool and humidity in the shower.
To top it off, we were charged $7 for two Nespresso capsules in the room that seemed complimentary. Definitely not worth the price."

"Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience. I couldn’t sleep at night because there were animals running in the ceiling, which was quite disturbing. The stairs to the bedroom felt unsafe, as there’s no handrail. The place has potential, but it really needs maintenance and better safety conditions."
