"We had a great stay at this hotel. It is a huge place with lots of pool and restaurant options, and brilliant staff. The restaurant setup is fairly unique, we ate at five different options even without being able to sample the top two (as they are adults only and we had our baby with us). Smart dress is required at each, reservations pretty much mandatory to get in due to the demand (it was. busy week when we stayed). Decent mix of cuisines, some variability in service but most staff were brilliant. Breakfast was a highlight, so many options and a great set up.
As we were travelling with a baby we didn't get to use too many ameneties but from what I saw the spa looked lovely and it seemed to be a good place to bring children 3+ years old with the extra facilities and events for them.
I wish some of the entertainment had been available earlier in the evenings, music shows seemed to start quite late assuming everyone had a late dinner, which didn't suit me. But that was a minor issue."
"A lovely hotel set in a great location. It was just sometimes difficult to arrange dinner at the time you would like. Also the coffee at breakfast could be improved. It would also be good if they opened the main indoor restaurant for dinner when it rains instead of cramming everyone into the limited indoor space at some of the restaurants as it made for an unpleasent experience."
"The apartments are huge with large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, kettle and toaster all in excellent condition. We had a three bedroom apartment which had so much space and storage. Balcony looking out over the sea had 6 sunbeds and table and chairs for 8 with still loads of space! Entertainment team of Emma, Nicola and Dianna helped make the holiday with their fun and enthusiasm. Large resort so does mean some rooms are quite a bit from the pool but the views are worth it. Friendly helpful staff on reception also."
Radisson Resort & Residences Tenerife - Adults Only
10/10 Excellent
"This is a beautiful hotel that I could not fault. Gardens are beautifully maintained and so peaceful. Staff without question are helpful, courteous and really warm but remaining professional. Breakfast is exceptional. Pool area so peaceful and always lots of beds free. We stayed bed and breakfast and ate at the hotel once and choice and quality of buffet was also exceptional. Would highly recommend."
"The hotel was very pleasant with nice rooms and in a convenient location in the centre of Las Americas but we'll away from the seedy Veronicas strip.
I would stay again."
"Friendly staff who were happy to help. Bar staff remembered people and their drinks. Variety of food selection on offer. Lots of sun loungers on offer although the hotel can block the sun occasionally. The room was fine, clean and spacious. Room and general internal areas of the hotel looked slightly old / outdated however no complaints.
Only one issue was in the final morning before checking out, there was a fairly large leak coming from the ceiling above the shower, this didn’t affect me as I was preparing to leave and reception staff did apologise and arrange the maintenance crew to check."
