Second room given was without any form of heating on a cold January with bedding consisting of sheet and blanket. Totally unacceptable so had to find alternative accommodation at another hotel. Alina nos recibió y al ver q veníamos cansadas nos dijo q nos fuéramos a dormir y ya mañana hacíamos los trámites de registro.
