For the price, I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean (inside and out), check in at the kiosk was easy and location was great. Only downside was no microwave in room.

We had doctor appointments early at UCLA and decided to spend the night at W.
The folks were very nice and helpful.
The hotel is a bit tired. We had a room that was updated to a junior suite. The snacks and wet bar was good. The bathroom products can not be better. Davines from Italy.
The bed was comfy too.
The real problem is the air quality...
The HVAC system is very tired. There are two zones. I used clorex wipes to clean the intake and outtake vents. I had to use several sheets. And they still need a lot of work. The windows have wooden shutters. They are very dusty too...
Overall the W worked out for our trip. But I'm not sure we can stay there. With my wife's asthma and my allergies was quite a challenge...
This was hard to write because the staff was so nice🙏🙏🙏
