"So - when we arrived, the manager Nicolas was amazing. We were early, no problem… he gave us a newly refurbished room which whilst small was excellent. We asked about going into Bordeaux and he spend time talking us through how best to do it, where to go etc. he couldn’t do enough for us and all ..."

"I am definitely going to return to the hotel whenever i am Bordeaux France again. The only flaws I see is the limited varieties of breakfast. The staff are very welcoming especially the tall black guy I met on my arrival and couple days afterwards. He speaks English and he has good customer ..."
