“The staff was good. However, I never agree with the policy of allowing people to bring pets. Which is the primary culprit of the misgivings I have for the hotel. The rooms had a foul odor akin to a wet dog and pet urination. We stayed there the same time three years in a row and the odor has gotten progressively worse. The rooms aren't cleaned properly. So one wonders, especially because people bring in pets, how clean the rooms are. Therefore, we will no longer be staying at a Hampton...

“I am a HI fan so any time I can choose them I do. As usual I was completely satisfied. First of all, my plane was delayed 4 hours and I called the front desk. She was beyond helpful and professional. She let me know that whenever I got there, my room would be waiting for me--that took a load off because I was definitely stressed out. I didn't arrive until 1:56, but staff was available and got me checked in with no issues. Bed was clean and soft as usual and I had no issues with any appliances....
