"The common areas were good. The room needed work. Bathroom sink facet sprayed sideways. The bathroom door was very hard to close. The couch side was shredded. The garbage disposal stunk and i e maker did not work. Staff was friendly. Breakfast bar was yummy and outside pool area was nice."

"The front desk staff was amazing. I stayed in the West Tower and the room was very nice. The only issue we had was the restaurant Walker's Exchange wasn't open. I wanted a Kentucky Hotbrown so that was disappointing."
