No entry issues

Our flight was delayed 4 hours. When we arrived late,reception was closed.We had to stay in a nearby hotel for one night, cost 100 Euros. If they could have sent a text with door entry codes etc, that could have been avoided. A contact number is essential. This apart, we have stayed here twice,and rate it highly,and would stay there again.

The location was perfect for us because it is very close to the train station. The person that checked us in was not corteous nor helpful. The other employee at the front desk was however always helpful. The room was not very clean and housekeeping is not provided during the stay. It needs updating.

A notre arrivée, la chambre n'était pas prête. Le personnel est désagréable. Il y avait des cafards dans la chambre. On nous a donné une serviette par personne pour tout le weekend. Le ménage n'a pas été fait durant notre séjour.

Situé à 2 pas de la gare , l'appartement est d'une surface confortable. S de bain dispose d'une baignoire ce qui est appréciable. Equipement cuisine demande à être revu : revêtement de la poêle complètement abîmé. Fourniture d'une seule serviette par personne ce qui est dommage.

Lourdes stay

Just what we wanted. Room good size, everything you need was there, my only mention was the pillow was like wafer thin, i asked for more pillows and got them no problem. It is modern well maintained. 9 Euros for Cont breakfast. I would certainly stay there again.Handy for the train station.

Great location hotel!

I always like to stay at this hotel, and it was always nice and convenient. This year I stayed 9 days with a pleasant time. The location is great, just a few steps from the station. It has a kitchen in the room which is really helpful for cooking. The view of the room was great and the room was large and clean. I will come back to this hotel!

Merci La Closeraie!

La Closeraie was my first and best residence apartment hotel in Lourdes. It will be convenient if you stay long periods in Lourdes. Because there is a kitchen and everything you need to cook. There are refrigerator, electric oven, cooking pot and fans, dishes and bowls, spoons and knifes, toaster and even c Coffee makers are ready. I stayed 10 nights in this convenient recidence hotel. Will come back in the near future. Thank you La Closerie!

Je suis arrivée après 19H, heure à laquelle la réception était fermée. Ils m'ont mis à disposition des informations avec un code secret à mon arrivée afin que je puisse avoir accès à ma chambre. Wi fi gratuit. Je n'ai pas aimé la saleté sur les draps, au sol et sur les murs. Quant aux équipements, un fil qui était relié à la télévision était décollé. Pour la salle de bain, l'élément pour changer la température chauffage était déboîté, et sur le dessus il y avait comme de la peinture. La table était brûlée, ainsi que par terre devant la kitchenette. Enfin, payer 9 euros pour un petit déjeuner, pour avoir un morceau de pain, un croissant, et ensuite si vous avez encore faim, cela ne vous laisse le choix que de prendre du bacon, des oeufs, du fromage avec des biscottes. Très déçue.

Hotel with no amenities at all!

Next to clean! Aweful! For 4 days& 3 nights-1 tiny soap, 1packet of shampoo( barely nothing) 1 thin towel and heater didn’t heat quite right. Bed was not the regular twin( mattress type) no hair dryer. Front desk limited hours. At least three people were outside the door sleeping-like homeless people-was scary to see going back to hotel at night. Not coming back!
