"Frustrating! We booked 5 nights in winter, we had high expectations, but they were all dashed. At check-in we realized there were only 3 sets of bed linens. There were 4 of us, and they couldn't replace them until the next day, and even then they didn't leave towels. They said there had been a mistake in the booking; I think they gave us the wrong apartment, it was too small for 4 people. Super cramped. "A “gentleman” at the reception( could be the owner) has a really bad attitude... was not friendly at all. Long story short, if there’s a will, there’s a way... he clearly is not familiar with that.
