"Excellent location and staff was most willing to help in spite of our limited language understanding. We appeared to be the only guests in the hotel and very sparingly saw the single staff member who was doing everything.Our only real dissatisfaction was that the room was very warm and there was only a fan. Sleeping was very difficult on this summer evening. The city information center, which is across the plaza was extremely friendly andhelpful."

"This Penzion was overbooked when we came. It seems that people who wanted to pay for the New Year's Eve party were put in the main building. We were placed in a building that did not have proper heating and was not what was advertised here on Hotels.com. The room was not ready - basic stuff was missing, e.g. toilet paper, light bulbs.
