"Asked for a late checkout, front desk said noon would work. House keeping at the door at 11, tell them noon was agreed upon. Front desk calls, I tell them the same. Gentleman says “just make sure you’re out by noon”. Well sir if the fire alarm didn’t send my whole family out at 3:30am in the cold, maybe we’d be a little more prepared for the morning staff’s attitude."

"Everything was great BUT we did have a broken shower faucet. That needs to be fixed. It was very hard for us to shower but since it was a 2 day getaway we didn’t bother to let front desk know about it. It was still annoying to have a broken faucet. "

"We had a fantastic three-day stay at the Harborside Inn of Boston. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet, and its location was incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The only downside for us was the lack of a complimentary morning coffee station. However, there are a couple of chain coffee shops just a short walk away. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return."

"The experience was terrible. Hotel is so dated and in dire need of a massive overhaul. The restaurant sucks. Front desk is not helpful and needs to be trained properly. The attitude overall is tired and like you’re a nuisance. Arguably one of the worst hotels I stayed at. And it says it’s a 4 star hotel is comical. A 3 star is a stretch. Stay far away. Never again will me or my companies employees stay at Hyatt regency. "

"Staff, room and amenities were great. Walls were so thin I heard the entire conversations in the room next to mine (they weren’t yelling). It was an adjoining room so request not to be in one of those and it should be fine. Otherwise hotel was great. "
