Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. I phoned Kelly and she explained she would come and check it out within 10 mins. Upon arriving back at hotel having been out all day, our room was still unlocked. "We arrived to a very warm welcome. Staff are absolutely lovely. Parking if you have a large car, not so easy but we got there in the end."

"The room was not fit for paying customers. Loose wires, peeling wallpapers, filthiest place I've ever seen. Landlord did not care at all how it looked or how he looked. The view was good and pet friendly. "

"Beautiful apartment plenty of parking in the street and below neighbour was really friendly, location was spot on for doing things 5 mins walk to Toby carvery and the beech. Definitely stay again "
