"I would not stay at this property again. I found the property difficult to communicate with as they do not use the Expedia messaging service. They only respond to phone calls. The apartment is quite dingy with worn towels and mats, lots of little things that need repair, fridge is full of frost and old frozen food. "A great place if you are attending a conference at the Prague Congress Center but only if you are able to climb the thousand steps up the hill. Parking is generally available in this neighborhood and the nearby beer garden pub just a few doors down is great. The locals are very welcoming in that pub. "This place was absolutely nasty. We arrived at 2pm and they checked us in and even gave us a key but did not assign us a room number because we were "too early". The downstairs lobby was very dirty and the front desk guy was not friendly at all. We came back a few hours later only to find hundreds of people getting off buses to check in. I was given a room on the 13th floor but the line for the elevator was huge, about 300 people were waiting to go up to their rooms. This also IS NOT a hotel but rather a hostel, probably for people on a very tight budget with zero expectations. The place was so horrible that I ended up returning my key and foregoing the whole stay to go to a different hotel. Now I'm in a fight with them so I can get a refund since I couldn't even go up to the room because of the elevator lines. The location isn't great either as it is very far from the city center. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
