"It's a typical Luang Prabang hotel/hostel. Price is excellent with breakfast included. Overall condition is ok. If you like to sleep in, it's not the hotel for you because the host/staffs get up very early like 5-6am. It can get noisy. "

"This is an older, unkempt property. The room numbers were written on yellow Post-It Notes above each door. I was in two different rooms due to a mix-up. Neither one had soap. The woman running the place asked me how much I'd paid for my room when I came out for breakfast on my first morning, even though it had come with my room. It took nearly ten minutes to explain to her that breakfast was included regardless of how much I'd paid. "

"Good location for walking around town,seeing the monks in the early am get alms.(spelling). Great location for wats, hill climb to wat and to Royal Palace museum."

"Property is next to the Royal Palace and walkable to most of the sights. Mekong is 2 mins away."

"We rented two rooms. We could see into one through holes in the walls (separations between boards that make up the walls) from the hallway. The bathroom was full of spiderwebs. The shower had so much mineral deposits built up in the shower head that we had to remove it from the hose to get enough water to wash. The staff was extremely nice and friendly, but rarely present. "It’s alright for a guesthouse. The rooms are decently clean, and the staff are friendly. A simple breakfast is provided, which is a nice touch. The only issue I had was a rooster that lives on the property and started crowing nonstop under my window from 5:30 AM, making it hard to go back to sleep. I mentioned it to the staff and was given another room on the opposite side of the building, which was much quieter."
