Let me start by saying the room was excellent. Spacious, clean and well appointed with a decent balcony. However I did think booking the hotel that the hotel was in spacious grounds. The rooms, rather like appartments, sit around a central swimming pool. The pool is great but as I say the hotel did not feel spacious. The dining room is also across a busy road. It sits right on the river which is lovely but feels separate to the hotel. Any drinks etc you order come from there.
I also tried to contact the hotel twice before I arrive to organise an airport pick up but no response.
GRAB is great as a taxi service from the hotel and nowhere seemed more than b80.
Overall not a bad experience, just not outstanding.

Very surprised when I showed up to the resort. The pictures online don’t do justice to the property. Lush green. Cool temperatures.
The front desk staff were very kind and helpful.
The food at the restaurant was excellent and the restaurant staff were even better if that’s possible. The security at the bottom of the resort are helpful and welcoming.
Very nice swimming/sun bathing area. Like a jungle escape.
They have a 24 hour golf cart shuttle to take you wherever you want to go within the resort.
Very quiet and peaceful resort.
You will not be disappointed.
