โThe room was so small that I had no enough space to arrange my luggage in the hotel. I had difficulty carrying my luggage as there was no lift on the ground floor. The room was really close to the roof so it was too hot inside. The hotel's location was quite far from the station. But the hotel owners were kind. โ
โWe had a great stay at this hotel, especially the bar staff was wonderful. The food was also very good, we enjoyed sitting on the front porch relaxing, enjoying a drink and dinner. Beautiful area, walking distance to the esplanade is a just across the street. This hotel is just out of the busy tourist area which we loved. There is more of a walk to the old town area but worth it because it is just beautiful. The hotel did provide bus/tram passes for all of us however we did not use them. They...
"Before the arrival of our baby, we had a wonderful 2-night, 3-day stay at the hotel. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were very friendly, and the entire facility was spotless.
Next time, we would appreciate it if you could offer us a welcome drink at check-in as well. ^_^"
