"The stairs down were a little difficult but worth it totally. The cafe below took care of all of our food needs for the two days...they were great.
The rooms were clean and comfortable...I would definitely stay there again!"

"when we arrived at the hotel, it was 90° outside. Our room was at 87°. After like an hour we requested a fan at when we turn the air conditioning on after two or three hours. I realize that the air isn’t working correctly in contacting the front desk. They sent a technician up and said he could not fix it. That was the last that we saw of anyone we asked for a different room, but they didn’t have one in the air. Finally came on around 1 o’clock in the morning reported it to the front end and really didn’t care. "

"Such a beautiful setting! I regret that I didn't have more time to check out the surroundings but I was on my way to a retreat and this was a stop over. The room was clean, staff wonderful, coffee super. "

"The room was somewhat clean, but there were a pair of mattresses right in front of the room, dirty and old with stains--I took pics---I had no choice but to check out within less than two hours and it was becuase I was no the phone with Expedia trying to book something else. I was charged for one night, even though the pics on the website look nothing like this old, falling-apart place. But never again. Driving out of the parking lot, I noticed there was nobody else. That was the worse experience and on top of all I rated another beautiful hotel this rating out of frustration and confusion. I travel for work. Stay away from this place; they still get some money from you. Crazy!!!"

"This place is a perfect location as it’s right at the trailhead. As a mountain biker who sleeps poorly while camping this is one of my fave places to stay when coming to ride in the area. It’s close enough to town to get a bite to eat, but far enough that it feels like the middle of nowhere. Big rooms, outdoor patios, and free home cooked breakfast keep me coming back every year. "
