Zufrieden!

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, kamen relativ spät an, wurden aber sehr freundlich empfangen. Schön fand ich, dass wir wählen durften, ob wir ein Zimmer mit Wasserbett haben wollten. Das Zimmer war gut, alles sauber und ruhig. Der große Parkplatz mit günstigem Tarif war auch praktisch. Viel mehr kann ich leider nicht sagen da wir nur so kurz da waren, aber für die Durchreise war es optimal, auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel entsprach genau meinen Plänen nämlich auf Spuren meiner Kindheit hier im Ort herum zu bummeln.

Won't stay next time

We stay one night when we continue travel to sweden. The hotel is OK except the wifi is not accessable from our rom. Clear and comfort, but the problem occurs when we check-out. First they argued that we are four persons when we just book a three person rom. Then I told them I have booked a four person rom, so they said the price is not right because they add the breakfast fee that we didn't have. After a long check, they finally agreed the bill, but it's almost 10 euro more than I booked. I told them I have already paid when I booked, but they refused. After I couldn't contact customs service of Hotels.com, I finally paid the price because I had to catch the boat, but I will never stay at this hotel again.

Einiges wäre renovierungsbedürftig

Insgesamt war es ok. Beim Zimmerkomfort muss ich leider kritisieren, dass selbiges nur ein großes Bull-Auge hatte, welches nur einen kleinen Spalt gekippt werden konnte. Trotz nächtlicher Außentemperatur von 14 Grad war es im Zimmer stickig und nur dank des Standventilators auszuhalten. Bei unserer Reklamation am Morgen an der Rezeption konnte oder wollte man uns nicht weiterhelfen. Größe und Einrichtung des Zimmers war schön. Aufenthalt im Hotel insgesamt war in Ordnung - beim Frühstücksraum sollte man mal dringend die Polsterung erneuern, bei einigen Sitzbänken sind diese zerrissen. Kostet nicht übermäßig viel - macht aber gleich einen solideren Eindruck.

Ein gelungener Kurztrip

Zusammen mit Freunden übernachteten wir 2 Nächte im Hotel Zur Eldenburg. Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt, der CheckIn verlief problemlos und auch all unsere Wünsche während des Aufenthalts wurden erfüllt. Beim Frühstück gab es alles was wir brauchten und es war - gesehen am Übernachtungspreis - vollkommen in Ordnung. Wir würden wieder kommen, denn die zentrale Lage in Lübz ist perfekt.

Der var lukket!!

Vi havde booket er værelse igennem hotels.com, og da vi ankommer til hotellet kl 22 om aftenen, er hotellet lukket. Vi prøver først at ringe til dem, men ingen kontakt. Derefter ringer vi til hotels.com for at høre om de kan komme i kontakt med hotellet eller har en besked liggende til os. Desværre. Så kl 00.30 har vi fundet et andet hotel en halv times kørsel derfra, som heldigvis havde et ledigt værelse.

Fint lille hotel, morgenmaden var lidt kedelig og musikken i restauranten var frygtelig. 2 musiknumre i loop... Det var ikke smukt og ødelagde lidt af det ellers gode hotel.
