"We stayed for one night while visiting Vieques to experience the beautiful bioluminescent bay and had a comfortable stay. The hotel was clean and provided everything we needed for a comfortable visit to the island.
One thing to keep in mind is that you'll likely want to rent a car to explore Vieques. While golf carts are available, I wouldn't recommend them because the island's narrow roads are shared with many free-roaming horses, making a car a much safer and more comfortable option. Conveniently, there is a car rental agency located right next to the hotel. A taxi ride from the airport to the hotel costs approximately $30.
The hotel also appears to offer a complimentary continental breakfast each morning. We weren't able to try it since we had an early flight off the island, but it seemed like a nice added amenity."
