"I liked the room with a King bed. The doorway adjoining rooms needs to be soundproofed. Could hear the guests talking next door. My biggest complaint is the carpeting which needs to be cleaned regularly."

"The room is clean and quiet, but the parking is not free which cost you extra time to pay the parking fee online. Besides, the hotel doesn’t have toothbrush toothpaste and slippers which is not convenient."

"The units are not soundproof. One can hear everything (neighbours, road traffic, air planes). For that reason alone I think the rooms are overpriced. The airport shuttle runs on time and was the reason we chose this hotel."

"The entire hotel feels old but was well kept and maintained. I was staying after a cruise and needed a deep clean, the water was very clean and felt refreshing. The showers are a bit slow and weak but I'm assuming that's to conserve water? Staff was very helpful during the check-in and check-out process. I would definitely come back here in the future."

However, I found one female front desk staff member to be somewhat aloof. I was also disappointed with the check-in experience, I had specifically requested an early check-in and was assured that a room would be ready by the time I got to the hotel, but I ended up waiting approximately three hours."
