Great hotel/motel, super service

Stayed for two weeks. New building, therefore nothing worn or torn. all relatively new and pleasant. Good location, short to the tram that takes you downtown in 3 minutes. The service is excellent. Cornelia at the reception did a great job, friendly, helpful and always ready to go the extra mile. The night shift at the reception extremely helpful and professional. The restaurant on the 12th floor very nice, cool view, cold beer and friendly and responsive professional staff. I'm a frequent traveler, gone all over the world, at Motel L I received the best service I have ever received. Thank you Cornelia and all your team, well done!

The room was dirty. It was all dusty. The staff was not great either. They didnt give me my free drink although I asked twice. They entered my room although I have the "dont disturb" sign. When I asked, they lied to my face. Terrible place to stay. It was chosen by my company. Otherwise, I would not stay there at all.

My room was not cleaned in 2 days, I left the before last day - never going back - the manager said to me, hope you are coming back... Sent pictures to her and no response.. While I was at the reception asking why they don't clean rooms the receptionist said she was the only one working - another guest came by asking for the pizza they ordered - saying it was 40 minutes ago - and it was sitting there cold at the counter ... People are nice but clearly understaffed

Der Check Inn und Check out liefen problemlos, aber wozu wollte das Motel sämtliche Personalausweise einlesen. Das wollte keine andere Unterkunft in drei Wochen in Schweden. Für ein Motel ist die Parksituation sehr unbefriedigend. Ein nicht befestigte Schotterplatz am Hotel oder etwas weiter weg beim Kongresszentrum. Und alles mit Gebühren belegt. Von einem Motel habe ich 2ay anderes erwartet
