โWe enjoyed our stay at the Victoria Hotel. Great location central very close to the Jahangir indian restaurant we had booked a meal at. Very clean room, comfy bed, nice shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. A nice trolley was in room with coffe, tea facilities and jelly beans and biscuits. โWe had a fabulous stay in Dunlevan.
Only negative as tea drinker was lack of tea making facilities in the rooms and at breakfast. I travelled with my 17 year old who also doesnโt drink coffee which was the only hot drink option. Tea and hot chocolate would be a great addition to rooms, breakfast and bar services.
Would happily recommend and would stay again if in the area. โ
โOne if the staff went above and beyond when asked about laundry. She was amazing. She was also upset.to mearn that cleaning staff had left the dirty towels holding the door of our room open when we had checked in. She picked them up and took them away.. My husband really enjoyed the course. Due to the gale force winds he was not able to golf the 2nd day and he was disappointed. But that can be Scotland!. โStayed at The Station Hotel for 2 night's July, easy check in even after hours, room was big and clean albeit basic but had everything you would need, staff were very attentive and friendly, breakfast was amazing, dinner even better and very reasonable price wise, lovely bar and well stocked. Overall a very good stay would highly recommend a visit we will be back for sure. โ
โThe location was FABULOUS! We were 100 yards from the first tee of St. Andrews Old Course! We loved the place and staff, but the bed was stated on Orbitz as being king-sized and it was a double bed that was quite soft. โ
โStaff was extremely friendly and helpful! The hotel coud use a little rennovating- but it is in a perfect location and an affordable alternative to the more expensive golf related hotels. Breakfast is simple and pleasant- overall, very good value and would stay again. โ
โLovely time. Louise and Maddy (hope Iโm spelling that right) are wonderful and made sure we had everything we need. We loved the Penthouse Suite at the top!โ
