My first impression was not very good. I stayed at that area in a different hotel before which was very clean. The new hotel remained me of my first stay with my wife in Paris 50 years ago. At the New Hotel, when I arrived they gave me a very small room under the roof. Even I made a reservation for a superior room. After talking to the receptionist he gave me a nicer room, but still under the roof. No Balcony as in the description when I booked the room. But this room had a small window with a very nice view, and a large bathtub. Also I have to say the room was clean. You do need to watch out what kind of room they give you. If i will stay there on my next visit to Paris I have to say no even the people at the hotel are extremely nice.

Tired and was noisy due to road work and linen van being loaded at 1 am. No air con despite reporting it was broken there was no response

Property was AMAZING! The staff were very friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was wonderful and very clean. The property is easily accessible to the metro and bus and within walking distance to major sights. Great location and wonderful staff! Thank you!
