The facility was acceptable. Room was clean. Breakfast area was nice and food was good. However, the presents/support/interest of the innkeepers was nonexistent. At check inn, the innkeeper spoke only German ( no English). We communicated with difficulty via a phone translator. This would have been okay if no other option, accept he indicated his wife spoke English, yet she stayed in their adjoining residence and never attempted to help. After that initial awkward encounter, we did not see either one of them for the two days we were guests. Food was left in the breakfast room on tables wrapped in plastic. We were left one small travel size bottle of body wash/ shampoo for a two night stay. This served for both washing our hands and showering for two people. We had to ration. There was no one ever around to take up the issue. In summary, we have stayed in many, many bed and breakfast type establishments throughout Europe and the US over the years. A large part of the experience is the interaction with the innkeeper/ or their staff. This was non existent during this stay. It felt very impersonal.

Very nice place just by Schlosskirche. The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. And the breakfast was very good

Dieses Gästehaus ist zentral gelegen, es hat einen gewissen Charme, ruhig im Innenhof und wird mit sehr viel Liebe geführt. Das Frühstück wird sehr ansprechend vorbereitet, es gibt Süßes und Herzhaftes, Vitamine und selbstgemachte Marmeladen, Müsli aller Art und reichlich zu trinken. Vielen Dank für alles. Zentraler und ruhiger geht´s nicht.

Einfacher und sehr freundlicher Check-In. Sauberes Zimmer mit sehr weicher Matratze. Mein Highlight: absolute Ruhe - ich habe nix nix gehört, perfekt. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitetes Frühstück mit frischen Brötchen vom Bäcker. Ich würde wiederkommen ! Zentraler und ruhiger geht´s nicht.

Hotel, Gastgeber und Frühstück ließen keine Wünsche offen. Frühstück ganz umweltfreundlich vorbereitet und lecker. Lage direkt in der Innenstadt. Panometer Luther 1517 ein absolutes Muss.

Väldigt trevligt litet pensionat centralt inne i Wittenberg. Rummen fint inredda och mysig frukostmatsal. Vi åker gärna tillbaka om vi har vägarna förbi.
