The place is very simple but useful as what it is. A place to sleep in between flights.

If you like luxuries like ventilated rooms, natural light, darkness when you sleep and a hot shower in the morning.. this hotel is not for you The floors were filthy, the mattress made of concrete and the bathroom pod was not clean The one staff member I dealt with was nice The 24/7 manned reception is the only really good thing about the place and maybe the location

To be realistic, they have a bad heater with strong cold in the area and it was not logical to use frozen water in the bathrooms.

No Frills but handy.
I only needed a bed and hot shower so never too fussy. The bedroom, 2nd floor was fine, large TV, clean linen apart from no means to adjust the temperature. The cubicle/pod shower was not so good. Hot water took forever in shower terms to get hot with the flow of someone suffering prostrate issues. To park, (I used Bute Street p&d) one must pay once during the day, return and pay again at 18:00 to cover the night. The cost was reasonable.

OK for Short Stay
Hotel Room was ok clean and big enough. No coat hangers for clothes. Very basic room, small table no chairs to sit on. No coffee or tea facilities but a cheap vending machine downstairs was ok. Booked window room but window wouldnt open. Also blind didnt cover all of the window so light was coming in which was distracting. would book again if only staying one night.

Amazingly good.love it
The hotel on its own is situated in the city like environment,with lots of amenities, close to the station, restaurants nearby and Mall. The staff were absolutely helpful throughout my stay.and will recommend it for anyone and will come back. Only cons was, if you like hotels with breakfast in the morning, you won't be able to get that. But they have coffee machine and snacks dispenser which is good.

The hotel is basic but very clean and comfortable with warm rooms and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, the manager checked me in and explained all the facilities and he gave me a sense that he genuinely cared that I had a good stay. I will definitely be back next time I fly out of Luton

The staff make the stay
This hotel is a little gem, the price is excellent, the rooms were clean with all that you need for a short stay, comfortable bed, clean white linen, a lovely hot shower and a nice large TV. So much improvement on my last stay but it’s the staff that really stand out, both Jonathan and Fahim on the front desk were so polite and assisted me with places to eat and booking taxi for the airport. Their service was of a 5* hotel standard. This will now be my go to hotel whenever I need to stay in Luton

If you have claustrophobia please never go there there are no windows and room is tiny or please pick a window room The bedsheets, floor, towels and toilet were very dirty and almost never cleaned The checkout at 10AM and check in at 3 PM is something I never saw in any other hotel and you pay extra if you want to checkout at 12 PM like normal hotels
