Amazing boat, amazing service, fantastic staff, incredible food, nothing is ever too much trouble. German efficiency with the warm welcome only Egyptians can give. Best holiday weve ever had and will definitely be returning!

What we really like is the great views along the Nile all along the trip. Some staff are really friendly and helpful but some aren't so we give it a 3 star for staff services.

Das war meine zweite Nilkreuzfahrt mit einem Steigenberger-Schiff, Gesamteindruck deutlich besser als auf der Steigenberger Legacy; Unterbringung sehr gut - ich lege stets Wert auf Zimmer mit französischem Balkon, wo sich die Panorama-Schiebefenster oeffnen lassen; Service überall freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber nicht aufdringlich; Essen vom Buffet stets abwechslungsreich und qualitativ hochwertig; Abzug gibt es für die sehr beengten Verhältnisse im Speisesaal, das Herumstehen viel zu vieler Mitarbeiter am Buffet und den teilweise (Sonnendeck) nicht vorhandenen wifi-Zugang; das alles liesse sich leicht beheben; trotz dieser kleinen Mängel wuerde ich die Minerva gerade dem deutschsprachigen Publikum empfehlen
