“Although there was a typhoon during our stay the staff was very friendly and attentive. When I first entered my room I noticed the toilet water wasn't working. The receptionist had it fixed immediately while we tried the mango grill restaurant. The food was of good proportion. The plating was attractive and the food was delicious. I would definitely book again next time.”

“인트라무로스의 오래된 역사와 어울리는 고풍스러운 숙소입니다. 세월이 엿보이는 건물이지만 방이 매우 청결하고 깨끗하게 리모델링 되어 있어서 좋았어요. 특히 옥탑에 있는 레스토랑 까페에서는 멋진 라이브 무대의 노래 속에 인트라무로스 전망을 바라보며 식사하고 맥주마시기에 아주 좋습니다. 편리함과 친절함 모두 좋았어요. 특히 아침 식사하다 토스터기에 손을 데었는데 보건담당자가 식당으로 직접 와서 치료까지 해주고 가더군요. 서비스 측면을 별점 열 개라도 주고 싶은 마음입니다. 다만 8층 식당의 의자는 좀 새 것으로 바꾸면 좋을 거 같아요. 너무 때가 많이 탔어요...ㅠㅠ 그래도 다음에 마닐라를 간다면 이 곳에서 잘 겁니다. 이 곳의 거의 두 배 값을 주고 잤던 마닐라 베이 쪽의 트립 바이 윈드햄보다 더블룸 방 크기만 조금 작을 뿐 욕실, 조식, 분위기, 서비스 모두 몇 배는 더 좋았습니다.
