Convenient location, prompt check-in, clean room, excellent water pressure in shower. Only issues were the lack of clean / healthy / gluten free / organic breakfast options, and the extremely unpleasant smell of someone smoking in a nearby room.

I really recommend this hotel, really close to Liberty University is a perfect view from your room. The staff is very friendly. The pool is very nice for your free time. We really enjoyed. For sure we will be back soon.

I had an issue with bathroom. They were aware and already had been working on it. They upgraded and moved us straight across the hall. Very pleasant and over to help us move. It was an executive suite. The staff was amazing the entire stay.

The indoor pool was a great experience chilly getting in but a minute into it and the water was fine. There was also an outside patio with fire pit (unfortunately didn't get to try), but a great spot to chill out and relax with a good book!

This is a beautiful property. The bed was a little squeaky, but that is the only thing I can or will complain about. The staff were all amazing, the place is quiet, clean, and really close to where I needed to be professionally. I would stay here again.
