"Friendly staff. But the hotel is located very close to one of the busiest intersections in the city, that is Lenoir-Rhyne Blvd and US-70. On a Friday night (when we stayed) we observed that many of the locals are in the habit of driving their souped up muscle cars and motorcycles to go “cruizin”. It’s very, very loud and made it literally impossible to go to sleep. The incessant noise continued until around 2am. The hotel is an aging property - but not a bad place to stay for the price....
