Het is een erg prettig hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De schoonmaak was minder, in de badkamer lagen haren die zeker niet van ons waren en gestoft was ook niet optimaal Je kon er betaald parkeren (11 euro per nacht) maar dit was op eigen risico en er werd niet op gelet aangezien er mensen parkeren waar niet geparkeerd mocht (of kon) worden, dit was echt een minpunt

Dit hotel heeft een top locatie! Tegenover het centrum van Valkenburg en op loopafstand van plekken om te wandelen, minigolfen, rodelen etc. Heerlijk verblijf gehad!

Goed hotel, heerlijk centraal! Vriendelijk personeel, goeie bedden en niet te gehorig. Het enige jammere is dat we in de 3 dagen dat we daar waren geen schone koffie/thee kopjes hebben gehad, die we wel gebruikt hadden. Verder helemaal top!

Location is perfect. Other than that less than average hotel. No shower in hotel room (only bath tub). Breakfast mediocre. Bed matrasses couldn't be worse.

Personeel vrij onvriendelijk, ze bedoelde het goed maar de manier van praten was erg onvriendelijk. Of we even aan de kant wilde want we wilde inchecken (er stond geen andere hotelgasten op dat moment) halve wegen het inchecken moesten wij even aan de zijkant staan zodat uitschelden voor kon dat ging vele malen sneller. Ze bedoelde het goed maar de manier waarom was enorm onvriendelijk. De kamer was klein maar wel schoon, badkamer daarentegen is zeer verouderd en enorm veel roest aanslag dat maakte te badkamer niet erg gebruiks vriendelijk. De straal van de douche was enorm hard dat het gewoon zeer deed

Leuk hotel

Locatie is goed, het personeel is heel vriendelijk en servicegericht. Wij sliepen op de tweede verdieping in een zijvleugel, de ondervloer is op sommige plekken slecht, de gang is warm.

Lage plafonds en doolhof. Bij calamiteit de uitgang vinden lijkt uitdaging. Kamer boven keuken voelt ook niet prettig. Kamer was schoon maar klein. Ontbijt summier (helemaal geen groente of fruit).

Erg oud!!

Hotel is zeer verouderd de kamer [411] is te klein en laag. Nooduitgangen veelal gebruikt voor opslag etc. Ontbijt was prima!

Zeer proper en mooi hotel. Spijtig van het doolhof waar je door moet om naar je kamer te gaan. Het zwembad was ook zeer proper maar mag wat meer aangekleed worden :) Tevens werden we al om 11u15 uit de bar gezet omdat de blonde vrouw die achter de toog stond naar huis wou. Er zaten op dat moment zeker 15 klanten in de bar die nog aan het genieten waren van de kerstsfeer.

dikke onvoldoende

Ik heb erg veel geld betaald voor deze locatie. Dit was het echt niet waard. We kregen voor € 378,00 voor 2 nachten een economy kamer. Het hotel is oud en in mijn ogen aan renovatie toe. De kamer is basic en oud. We hebben in andere hotels voor minder dan de helft een veel betere en modernere kamer gekregen. Bij reclamatie bij de receptie zegt men dat de kamer duur is door de periode (voor de kerst) waarin we daar waren. Ik vind dat men zich er daarmee erg gemakkelijk mee af maakt. Dit doet niets af van de slechte staat van de kamer. Ik vind dat je voor het geld dat wij betaald hebben dan ook wat mag verwachten. Er is ons geen gesprek met de bedrijfsleider of eigenaar aangeboden. We hebben ook geen excuses of gedeeltelijke restitutie gehad, wat naar mijn mening wel op zijn plaats was geweest. Wij beoordelen dit hotel dan ook met een dikke onvoldoende.

Hallway and room smelled like mold and were rather humid. Building is not in the condition the photos lead to believe .... clerk was a nightmare to deal with.. very rude and made us feel intimidated.

Nach den Fotos vom Hotel hatte ich die Erwartung auf ein angenehmes Wellness Wochenende in einem modernen Hotel in eher ländlich/ idyllischer Lage. Tatsächlich ist es ein großes Hotel in bester Innenstadtlage. Bei Anreise (um 16:00 ) war das Zimmer noch nicht gemacht, worum sich dann aber umgehend gekümmert wurde. Und leider hatten wir mit Zi. 121 eines der wohl schlechtesten, verwohntesten Zi. erwischt - keinerlei Ähnlichkeit mit den Fotos; abgeranzt. Ausblick (1.Stock) auf ein techn. Gerät (Klima? Lüftung???), dass in der ersten Nacht ohne Unterbrechung ohrenbetäubend gelaufen ist. (Wie sich bei Abreise herausstellte, hätte der Nachtportier nach Anruf dieses Gerät von Hand abstellen können - wer rechnet denn damit?) Ausstattung des Zi. - außer dass Föhn und TV vorhanden waren - noch nicht einmal Jugendherbergsniveau. Nach dem Duschen stand das halbe Bad unter Wasser (Duschvorhang). Die Betten sind 70cm schmale, zusammengestellte Einzelbetten - für mich zu schmal für erholsamen Schlaf, aber an den war wegen dieses Gerätes vor dem Fenster sowieso nicht zu denken. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und versiert. Das Frühstück für 6€ pro Person reichlich und gut. Empfang, Bar und Frühstücksraum sind sehr ansprechend. Bereiche im Hotel werden renoviert - wovon am Wochenende nichts zu hören war; es ist anzunehmen, dass unser schreckliches Zimmer hoffentlich auch bald renoviert wird. Leider war es dafür viel zu teuer, bzw. hätte ich lieber die Wahl gehabt; 92€/ + 30€ sonst/ Nacht.

Prima hotel

Dit hotel is van alle gemakken voorzien. Leuke binnen plaats, leuke bar en zelfs een zwembadje. De kamers zijn schoon en leuk ingericht. De ligging is prima, op korte loop afstand van het centrum. ( 5 minuutjes).
