“The hotel itself(condition of room, tourist attractions near hotel, breakfast etc) was quite nice However, I would like to point out the serious confusion and frustration that this hotel caused to my travel. Even though I was waiting at the correct line of the shuttle at the right moment, I was driven to the other terminal(This hotel provides shuttle services to two terminals) The driver couldn’t speak any English, so when I found out I was driven to the wrong terminal, I couldn’t get any help....
