"No one on reception just after 6pm. No light on reception sign so hard to find and very dim light to read visa card number after contacting management by phone"

"The room had a strange musky smell on arrival. When the heater was turned on there was a strong stale cigarette smell produced which indicates the room used to be smoked in. Only 1 of 2 windows opened to air it out. Needing the windows opened due to the smell meant that you could hear hwy traffic all night. The place is old, somewhat maintained but the carpark is a shambles. The bathroom tap dripped all night. The beds were actually comfy so theres a good point. We wont be back however."

"Where do I start? We stayed eight nights in one of their motel rooms. There was no microwave, no toaster, no plates, no bowls, no cutlery (except for one teaspoon). No towel rails either. Where were we supposed to hang damp towels after use? They did not change towels daily (rooms serviced once per week). Carpet was grubby, one of the two upholstered chairs was in need of a clean. We were made aware that if after the first night we wanted to cancel the remainder of our stay we would FORFEIT all of the prepaid amount for the remaining seven days. So after the first night and having decided this was not what we wanted we could not cancel and go somewhere else. These people do not care."

"Was very over priced for the room, we got a room that sleeps 5. The couch had fallen apart, the chairs were broken the jet spa did not work, the loft balcony was unsafe, the heater was ineffective and we couldn't find the reception. We were reassured that the property will be upgraded at some stage. The person who checked us in was very lovely."
