The staff made sure I received the exact type of room I wanted, which I truly appreciated. Especially sister Zamzam and her team. I also want to highlight the buffet breakfast, which has clearly improved since my last visit. A new lady joined the breakfast service (I regret that I forgot her name), and she was absolutely wonderful. The menu was improved, and I really appreciated that my breakfast preferences were considered this time — the breakfast style was very good. Please keep it up!
