House keeping was very slow on Friday and missed our room for service. The beds are only double size not ideal for 2 persons on it in a twin room 3 elevators and only 2 were working over the Magic Round on the Saturday. Overall it’s not a bad hotel and a 10min walk to the Queen Street mall.

Spectacular views, clean, excellent communication by the staff online and in reception. Lovely reception staff. Parking is available for a fee which is well worth it. We got a little lost each time trying to find the car with all the different lifts which isn’t a big deal. The lifts are fast which ...
