Very bad condition of the hotel and rooms. The breakfast had just black coffee (no lids to the cups) and muffins. At this price, the hotel is definitely not worth it.

The frint desk girl was so sweet & helpful. The room was great, private patio that looks right out onto lake Michigan. Great stay, reasonable price. We ended up staying another night.

We enjoyed that the property was close to the lake and a ferry pier. It would be better if the property had it's own beachfront instead of the parking lot that exists there now. Otherwise, it's possible to walk to the property next door and use their beach.

Don’t stay here. Beds are old and hard. Wallpaper peeling from bathroom. No ventilation in bathroom other than a window that opens to an active parking lot for all to see. Breakfast included is just a school lunch muffin and coffee (not joking, I work in schools, it's the same brand). No microwaves in rooms along with no breakfast served means long lines for the only microwave in the mornings. Just stay elsewhere.
