“Loved the history and location! From the staff to the hotel and accommodations all was superb!”

“This hotel is not very accessible for the handicap, they have the parking spots but, no door opener buttons, the carts for the luggage weigh about 200 pounds so even for seniors it’s hard for everything to be iron.”

“The Good: The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. The Bad: We stayed there for three nights and the first floor smelled of marijuana every day. We stayed on the second floor and when we walked down the stairs, because there is no elevator, the smell of pot would hit you every time. If you have accessibility issues I hope they give you a first floor room becausethe stairs are steep and there is no elevator. I can live with an outdated room, but there was dirt and dust in many places...

“the property looked almost recently built. The staff/manager at front desk seemed rushed and annoyed about something. They need to remember when in front of customers to keep calm and discuss problems when alone. I emailed hotel 2 weeks in advance stating I was looking for longer check out time. They replied stating noon was the longest, I said great. When the day to check out came, they said they can't do that, so I rushed after a long night wedding to get out at regular check out time.”

“The shampoo was empty, there was mold growing on the lights in the bathroom, there was a smell of mildew coming from the air conditioning. They need better cleaning habits.”
