We traveled with small children and selected this location for the pool and breakfast. We requested a discount, front desk offered a 20% discount but then didn’t know how to enter it. I had bugs 1/2 inch long crawling on me at 4 am. At 8am took a bag with 9 bugs in it to the front desk. The manager informed me they know it’s a problem. I was more than upset since I travel each week.
