The hotel could use a good cleaning (along the edges of the room the carpet has thick dust) Touch up paint would help alot. It is quiet. It was fast check in. We were looking for a reasonably priced quick overnight on our travel stay and that is what we got.

No hot items at breakfast—waffle maker not working. No microwave to heat muffins or cinnamon buns. Bath mat in tub had black mold under it. Bed was comfortable. Had first floor room, door opened onto parking lot and our car was very handy. Front desk staff pleasant. Frig had freezer to freeze our ice packs for cooler. Convenient to

Breakfast was dismal. No meat or eggs. Water came out of the juice machine and water came out of the coffee machine. Stale bread and no bagels. Hotel is old and has not been updated. Bedspreads are years old. Pretty nasty. I wish we had passed this one by.

I stayed there recently and it was clean, staff was very friendly and it's dog friendly. I would highly recommend this motel if you are on a budget. I felt safe because I am a female and that was one of my concerns. Cameras are everywhere on the property. I will definitely stay there next time I am in Macon.
