“We liked the room nice & clean. Bed sleeps very well. The only one thing missing is tiny side table for the left side of bed.. also the floor needs to be fixed. Caught my foot on a lifted piece of flooring. The breakfast station is fine also & clean. cereal & bagel & jam ,peanut butter, even cream cheese, yogourt, apple juice & very good coffee. Does not have lactose free milk like almond milk or oats milk. Very good stay at a very good price. Appreciate it. Thank you”

“This was a great value accommodation. It was conveniently located near a gas station and a 24-hour convenience store, but the refrigerator was so moldy that it was unusable. I hope this could be improved.”

“Beautiful room and home. Was clean and quiet. The host was friendly. The breakfast was basic and more like a budget hotel quality with hash browns from frozen, cheap breakfast sausage and over easy eggs that were over hard. Maybe I’m picky…. All was edible.”

It's about a 25 minute walk to downtown and Fredericton has fabulous walking/biking paths so a lovely walk. Only one strange thing--it was impossible to plug in things like the hair dryer in any of the grounded plugs with a reset. “Broken lamp and unuseable shower made it a challenge. The fan in the bathroom and the motor in the fridge were loud and a challenge to a good stay. The place was shabby and no wastebasket in the bathroom. THE BEDS WERE GrEAT, the best part and made sleep possible. A sign told us to leave the key deposited in a box by the office but a chain and padlock were around it. We were lucky to have a back room away from the road traffic.”

“The room was clean, but no Handsoap in room to use, the window lever was broke so no fresh air, and the Air Unit in the room was really dusty in the vents. The bed was firm, but had foam, etc. hanging out from the edge - not covered up and old looking mattress.”
