"The towel had not been changed. I requested a change but received no response. I asked again and it was eventually changed. There were numerous gaps around the balcony door, allowing mosquitoes to enter the room. I requested mosquito repellent and received it, but it proved ineffective. Even whilst sleeping, mosquitoes flew around my face, causing discomfort. Access to the beach was poor."

Service in general was very spot on especially Chaminda, who took really good care of us. The kids club ran by Shashini was very well received by our daughter and overall we had a really good time hear. We would love to visit again! "
