I had a great stay at Al Ansar Platinum Hotel. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located within walking distance of Masjid an-Nabawi (ﷺ). The room service was excellent, and overall, the hotel offered a comfortable stay. However, the one disappointing aspect was the behavior of the reception staff. Unfortunately, their attitude and customer service did not meet the standard I expected from a hotel of this level. Improving the professionalism and hospitality of the front desk team would make the guest experience much better. Overall, the hotel has a great location and good facilities, but the reception staff’s behavior definitely needs improvement.

The room was not cleaned properly when we checked in. Had to ask cleaners to redo the next day. No iron on arrival - had to ask-received broken iron-had to replace. Security Safe not attached to anything - you could basically walk out with It. The windows were not noise proof. It seemed they were open with amount of noise coming in. We had family suite (2x3 beds) but the rooms were on the small size. No place to even lay prayer mat or sit and eat. Beds were single. Bathroom smelled and was poorly maintained. The cleaners were good who would do whatever we asked. Location wise is very good just behind movenpick hotel and a few mins from the masjid. They always had Arabic tea and juice available for free on reception There are plenty of local shops nearby, with bin dawood and pakistani hotels nearby. Ended up checking out early and booking another hotel for the rest of my stay. This is a one or max two star hotel. So be aware of that before you book.

The staff are really helpful from the reception desk to the cleaners, especially Mohammed Almeen, and the place is 3- 5 min away from the mosque.

I am very pleased staying there four days . Ayman food and beverage manager., said restaurant manager housekeeping at the great art one is the best housekeeping person Wasim . next time if I wanna stay, I will choose this hotel again and I am highly recommended if someone go to their stay that hotel.

The hotel site says 7 minutes walk to Ka’aba. That is a lie. It is 13 minutes drive to Haram. I brought this up with the receptionist. They didn’t seem to care. If you are going to Umrah avoid this place
