โVery comfortable, well equipped room with comfortable bed. Air con and black out blinds great features. Great location and very quiet. Would stay here again. โ
โBeautiful and calm hotel... Basically, the hotel is well managed so is clean.
But, as like usual hotel in UK, the size of room is very small even with double size bed. โ
โWe loved our stay here. Very reasonable but still a lovely hotel and the staff were all very friendly and efficient.
An easy walk into the city, just over the bridge and through the park.
I would highly recommend here to anyone. โ
โStayed only one night in visiting Duxford Air Museum, and ate out so can't comment on the food. But the hotel was excellent, right next to the railway station and M11. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, room was comfortable and had aircon. Only niggle was the overnight parking charge but overall I would thoroughly recommend it.โ
โMy wife went into Addenbrooks for brain surgery and wanted me to be nearby. Although this wasnโt the cheapest hotel it was in fairly easy walking distance to the hospital. When I got there the receptionist asked what my stay was for and I told her she waved the parking fee and also told me that they do a special rate for people staying and going to the hospital. My room was very comfortable and the air conditioning came in very handy as it was so hot that week. The free breakfast was amazing and...
โVery nice overall. The property is clean, tidy, nicely designed and in a good location.
One thing to bear in mind is the building is quite tall and narrow, with fairly steep stairs, which my elderly parents had a bit of trouble with. From what I recall, there wasn't an indication when booking of which floor we would be on. I think this would be helpful. We might have picked a different room.
Other than that, a very nice stay.โ
