“We had a great stay at the Hilton. The breakfast was phenomenal, with a huge variety of delicious options to choose from. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The pillows were especially amazing-you can always tell a great hotel by how comfortable the pillows are! Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely return.”

“아침식사는 "커피를 마실 수 있다" 정도 외에는 큰 의미가 없습니다. 복도에는 알 수 없는 냄새가 났는 데, '음식물 쓰레기 냄새'가 가장 가까운 비유일 것 같습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원에게 요청을 하기 쉽지 않았습니다. 룸 청소 (또는 침구 정리)는 요청하지 않으면 서비스되지 않는 것으로 보였습니다. 여행객에게 추천하기 어려운 숙소라고 생각합니다.”

“Room small, with no chair. No telephone for emergencies and no radio. Vanity in bathroom too small with open sides so things fall through the sides onto the floor. Towels scratchy and sometimes frayed. Room 412 in desperate need of repainting. Staff very courteous and helpful. Generally, I was disappointed in my room and likely will not stay there again.”
