Not the best rooms, but for the price it is a good place to stay. my room was clean, a little out dated but functional. Again not a 4 star hotel, but only paid 64 bucks plus tax so i didnt expect much.

Not a luxury hotel. There are Bibles in the room which was a pleasant surprise. It is a cheap hotel but a place to lay your head to rest and a hot shower on a budget. They accept pets but there is a $10 per day fee. There are restaurants near by. We are grateful for the place to stay, when in need. May God bless you all abundantly 💗🙏😇

We booked for the pool which, unknown to us was outdoor and unheated. The receptikn staff were bery friendly and helpful, but the motel is very dated. Our room was in dire need of new flooring and air freshening.

This property needs a maintenance person. The fridge in my room was rusted out on the bottom of the door. The entrance off the elevator on the 3rd floor was very dirty. The room had a great bed and linens. It was very comfortable. It's time for a makeover!

Room had an overpowering bad odor. Staff was very helpful at trying to fix the problem; however, we decided to not stay at hotel and found alternate accommodations.

The person who checked us in made a mistake with the billing and caught it and corrected it. I appreciate that she caught it. The initial room assigned, we were not impressed with it. The light above the sink didn't work a long with the outlet. The bedding seemed very old. The second room was of better quality. We felt safe because we had three of us who stick together.

I liked nothing about the property. We changed rooms after 1st night, heater fan made noise, phones did not work (which were reported), and people were smoking weed in the building and no one did nothing about it. We did not get any cleaning service for 4 nights / 5 days, even know we requested. They show a nice breakfast in the morning on their web page (meaning madison location) but they give you this as the owner/manger sends in an email "In regard to your complaint about breakfast, we provide what is required per our brand standards which is coffee, tea, juice, and a to go item in which we offer 2 types of granola bars. We also offer fresh fruit based on availability, but it is not required." So they do not care at all, was not a great place to be with kids and family and we did get a different hotel for last night. Their manger said "If you want a clean room go across the street and check in at the Hilton" when I asked if they were going to clean our room after 3 night.
