Area really shaddy. I did not feel safe leaving car outside. Door to establishment was not accurately represented in the map. First room we got had just being used. Second room was much better. However better than sleeping in the car

Cojimos aposta la suite romantica con jacuzzi al llegar nos dan la llave en un sitio el apartamento en otro .el jacuzzi no funcionaba .llamamis y no nos cojen el telefono..y el aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba con lo cual muertos de frio toda la noche .la bañera estaba sujeta el revestimiento con celo y las puertas comidas el marco por abajo .un desastre .queremos pones reclamacion pero no pudimos pues al dejar la llave no habia nadie

Sitio práctico aunque con mucho margen de mejora. Humedades en la habitación. Las habitaciones frías y la cocina sin bayeta y apenas jabón de vajilla. Apenas comunicación con el personal de la recepción, incluso con el proceso pago y facturación. RUIDOS CONSTANTES DE TUBERÍAS con bajada de aguas en los techos que te desvelan por la noche. Sin más.

Hemos ido al hotel a registrarnos y tardaron muchisimo en atendernos, estaban de fiesta de halloween dentro. Nos indicaron malamente por donde teniamos que ir al apartamento, con un papel que ponia el num de la habitacion, sin mas.

El apartamento está bien,limpio, habitación amplia, lo malo es el mantenimiento del mismo, ya que, la tele no funcionaba bien, se oía, pero no se veía imagen alguna, el aire acondicionado no iba, y los grifos del baño perdían agua.

En la cocina no había ni lo mínimo para poder cocinar y la nevera olía mal. La ducha tenía rota la manpara por lo que al ducharte, mojabas todo. Creo que hace falta un poco de mantenimiento.

El Apartamento muy completo ,la unica pega es que falta material para cocinar y algo de limpieza como tijeras cuchillo o escoba pero hablamdo con ka encargada se soluciono .por lo demas genial volveremos y a 10 minutos del Parque Warner

Una pena no cuidar los detalles. El apartamento es perfecto para pernoctar o pasar varios días, pero falta cuidar los detalles. Faltaban cosas como un mantel que poner, una zona de tender, asegurar la litera infantil, algún gancho en el baño para las toallas (ni que decir que en nuestra habitación faltaba una puerta de la ducha y se salía el agua), el jabón de cortesía escaso y en sobres,... Lástima, porque las decoraciones y lo atractivo para los peques apuntaba muy bien, y los mayores nos desinflamos por los detalles. Saludos

Esta bien comunicado para ir a la warner. Esta fatal de viejo y roto todo. El sofa cama roto , la puerta reventada que casi ni abria. El baño diminuto y asi un sin fin de cosas. Lo unico bueno es que hay muchos enceres de cocina y facil aparcamiento en la puerta.

Está situado en una zona de Ciempozuelos con un entramado de calles bastaste lioso. Nos esperábamos un apartamento con literas como la foto pero tuvimos que pedir que nos pusieran una cama supletoria, estuvo bien sin más.

buena estancia

la estancia muy bien, estuvimos en casa de 4 habitaciones y genial, con zona de barbacoa habitaciones grandes y comodas, cocina bien, sin cafetera,,,buff eso baja muchos puntos,,jajajaj... y aunque tiene algunos desprefectos por humedades en alguna zona todo bien, aire en todas las habitaciones y tv gigante, rustico y bonito

Alquilamos el alojamiento pensando que nos tocaría una habitación temática, ya que viajábamos con nuestras hijas. En cambio nos dieron un apartamento, más sosillo. Pero he de decir que todo estaba limpísimo y el personal fue super amable. En el restaurante del hostal esperamos un poco por el desayuno, pero las tostadas estaban muy buenas. Como pega habitual en la zona los cafés son diminutos :) En general muy buena la experiencia.
