Had a great stay here! Great location close to metro stations and main attractions. Was able to check in early after filling out the main check in document. Great air conditioning and amenities in the bathrooms! Would stay here again

This apartment is cozy and quiet and has a lot of space. There is a restaurant onsite, and several restaurants, shops, bakery along the street. Also, it's very safe at night. I had a chance to meet the owner she is very nice, especially her father. He is very kind and so sweet. After checking out, we left our luggage there until late in the evening, and he made sure he was there when we came back. We definitely will stay again if we have a chance come back to Madrid.

The staff was absolutely amazing, very accommodating, and helped us when we had an issue with the check in process. The owner and her daughter were very friendly and caring for us, making sure to give us any useful information from food recommendations to safety trips for the area.

Great location if you have a short time in Madrid and you are interested in the Prado and good meals. The adjoining restaurant Casa San Juan has excellent oxtail and scallops. Communication happened both through the hotels.com app and WhatsApp and it was a bit confusing at first but once organized it was good. Appreciated that the washer/dryer had a functioning dryer ability, though the air conditioning didn't work as well as in other places we stayed this trip.

Communication with the host was pretty good except I let them know we would be arriving before check in and was told it would be okay to drop our bags off until the room was ready at reception.well, We never found a reception and my husband was greeted so rudely when I messaged the owner that we had arrived to drop off our bags about how we are not allowed there we almost left. Luckily we were able to sort it out and left the bags in the room while they got it ready for us. It was strange but it worked out in the end. The place it’s self did not look like this pictures, there was no balcony or any windows that looked out into the street , only into other peoples apartments, there was a hole in the shower for a window, but I actually found that amusing. The bed is extremely firm and pillows were two small pancake pillows. I did not sleep well. I would suggest an extra blanket and new pillows. The area we were in was absolutely perfect though. Walking to everything and a restaurant next door so it’s easy to spot and also have cars meet to pick up . Overall I would recommend this place , I should’ve just made sure I had a nicer room, it was for a hobbit. Lol luckily you don’t spend air of time in the room

A hidden gem! Excellent location and great sized space. Rooms and amenities were perfect for our short stay. The staff were helpful at keeping us informed of checking in and how to access the apartment.

Amazing location. In the heart of so many restaurants and bars without being noisy. Only thing to be aware of is that there are no external windows, only windows that open to an interior court. A lot of hotel rooms don’t have windows that open but it’s good to know before u go.
