Breakfast was very good. Breakfast staff was courteous and friendly. Room was clean. Shower is very nice. I am a Hilton gold honors member and I was never asked or recognized as such. We had a slight issue with our housekeeping staff. They moved many of our personal items around. We understand they have a job and a certain amount of things they need to do but the items they moved did not interfere with the housekeeping they needed to do. Overall this was a very nice hotel in a great location. Would certainly stay here again for a future visit.

We LOVED the staff at this hotel. They could not have been more pleasant and helpful, from getting laundry done to dining recommendations. Lovely!! The hotel was very comfortable and clean and convenient to all the museums we wanted to see.

An incredible stay at Atocha hotel. The staff there are very friendly and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable during your stay. The location is fantastic and walking distance to many attractions. Rooms are beautifully decorated and designed, and the balconies are a very cool bonus. It was difficult to leave!
